Project Manager (PM), Bunker self-build housing co-operative (Nov 2015 - present). Business case development and collaboration with local council to build homes for low-income families.

Researcher on Needs assessment, Brighton & Hove City Council & Clinical Commissioning Group (Mar - May 2017). Talking to advocacy and users and potential users about needs for advocacy in the city.

PhD Researcher, ESRC-funded, University of Sussex (Sept 13 – Sept 2016).
Thesis title: what makes it possible to live in intentional communities into later life.

PM, new integrated health & wellbeing centre, Turning Point & partners (Jul – Dec 2011).  Mobilisation of integrated Health & Wellbeing Centre in Earl’s Court. Partners: Turning Point (lead), Greenbrook Healthcare GPs, NHS Dentist, & Terence Higgins Trust. Commissioned by Kensington & Chelsea PCT. Opened 21st Dec 2011.

PM, Service Line Management & Trust integration, Sussex Community NHST (Dec 2008 – Dec 2010).
Projects: 1. SLM design & implementation of SCT first strategic business unit; 2. Service Improvement (QIPP) using NHS III ‘Thinking Differently’; 3. SDH & West Sussex Health organisational integration and management restructuring.
